Mr. Selengut's book, "The Brainwashing of the American Investor", provides the rationale for the Investment Strategies and procedures used by Sanco Services, while teaching investors what they really need to know about handling their own investment portfolios.
Sanco Services' most popular portfolio type is what we affectionately refer to as the: "You probably don't need an annuity, really, Income Program"! It emphasizes our unique strength in generating high levels of realized income within a portfolio that contains only high quality securities. This High Income, Low(er) Risk, concept can produce significant cash flow and quite possibly more in annual spending money for retirees than conventional annuities. It also eliminates the high acquisition costs and portfolio depletion problems associated with conventional annuity products. Believe it or not, annuities were designed for people of limited means! To be sure, our Income program is a non-guaranteed Income Stream, and most certainly is not an annuity contract of any kind.
